About this place

Up on the roof of a two-story building in the quiet neighbourhood of Mashraba, Dahab – South Sinai, this studio looks straight out over the Gulf of Aqaba. Your own staircase takes you through a wooden arched gate and along a shaded, pergola-covered walkway to the studio. Inside, a warm wooden-beamed ceiling sits over a comfy double bed, with large windows that fill the room with sea light. There's a relaxed lounge corner with bean bags, a small desk, air conditioning and a kitchenette with a kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The modern bathroom has a rain shower, stone-look tiles and a backlit mirror. Outside, the large private roof terrace is the real highlight. Stretch out on the built-in cushioned bench, have breakfast at the wooden tables, and watch the sun come up over the sea and the Saudi mountains. Lattice screens keep the terrace private while leaving the view open. The Laguna, the beach walkway, supermarkets and cafés are all close by.
